Hi there,
During a transfer of 6 .coms from one registrar to the other, I have reached a deadlock. Even though I updated the contact details using my registrar 123-reg, when the transfer requests went through to OpenSRS the wrong email address was listed for admin contact. An email address which was bouncing due to 123-reg's NS meltdown during the weekend. I've asked my new registrar to cancel and resubmit the transfer again, now the correct admin contact is listed, however it's been hours and no email from OpenSRS. I just can't believe that the tucows server is so overrun that a simple response takes three hours. I believe that my new registrar has not submitted/cancelled the request properly. Which is the more likely? Alasdair |
