Par défaut strange sendmail to Hotmail problem

Hi,

we have two mailservers.

mail sent from server 1 to hotmail arrives in the spambox (this is ok
and expected).
mail sent from server 2 to hotmail arrives nowhere, it never arrives
in the spambox.

what could be the problem?

i searched the web and tried some things, but the only result i have
found is that mail never arrives.

could anybody give me some pointers please ?

please ask me for information to solve this problem..thanks

Post log file entries generated by you sendmail.

You need proof of "transfer of responsibility for delivery" before
charging hotmail with breaking RFC by "delivering" *accepted* messages
to /dev/null.

RFC states that one server gives 250 response to "the final dot" it must
deliver to the recipient *or* send back bounce message to the sender.

Common practice and common sense state that no mail server *MUST* accept
in SMTP session every message offered.

Blame hotmail, its been well known for years their smart screen system
is not so smart, and they wont fix it because they have this feature
called "pay us to whitelist you" ROFLMFAO, like F'n hell thats going to
happen, but I bet there are some clueless dweebs out there who have done
so.

Just tell your users to complain to hotmail, or better still change to
another email service providor, I use to recommend gmail but they are
getting close to being 550'd due to spam, they are confidence level 72,
once they hit 75 they are gone. I am starting to re-recommend yahoo,
since they have a low confidence score, 13, hotmail is at 68 so they'll
be gone again too soon

Hotmail.

If your logs show Hotmail accepting the messages, any non-delivery is
Hotmail's doing. There are a lot of people who have been seeing silent
non-delivery from Hotmail for quite some time, and the reason for it is
simply Hotmail's incompetence. When an operation that large is that
shoddy, nothing small sites can do will fully compensate for it.

Microsoft provides some tips on how to avoid some of the simpler
filtering pitfalls.
