Hello,
I've run into a situation where my server is backscattering. I run spamass-milter. We have an allusers alias defined. Some of these recipients in the allusers alias are on a different email server. The situation that has happened is spamass-milter tags an incoming spam to the alluser address. The message is passed along to the recipients on the different email server. That server bounces the message back to my server, and my server backscatters the the message to the forged address in the original spam. Is there anything I can do to not backscatter these? thanks, jon |

Use an owner-alias for the simple list so bounces are not sent back to the original sender but to the owner-alias of your list.
