Hello does anyone know how do direct all email from all domains to a
particluar host. I am currently using mailertable but I have to update
this file in every server everytime we add a new domain. Is there a
way to direct all email to a host without having to specify a domain
name.

If you do not need to do any thing else, you could use said one server
as a Smart Host. This will effectively direct any email that comes in
to a mail server to the Smart Host. The Smart Host will just have to
know what to do with said email.
