Plaintext to HTML

1.How can i convert the Plain Text to HTML format.Bth outgoing Messages
as well as Incomming Messages??
2.Which format is more useful.Please Advice.

Why would you? you just make the mail larger without any changes from the
original mail.

plain text is more useful, as that can every client read, while html can mess
things badly, just look at how MSIE handles html and compare that to how the
gecko based browsers does handle html.
