I have created a preprocessor Hook, wherein I read the message in the
outbox, but unable to delete the message before it is sent to the MAPI
spooler.
Can anybody me, how to block/delete a particular message before it
reaches the smtp server.

Actually I have created a Preprocessor Hook to process outgoing
messages. I have implemented rules checking in PeprocessMessage
function, If a particular message has to be deleted or not to be sent,
how do i delete the message after submitting.
I tried with AbortSubmit() call, setting the PR_DELETE_AFTER_SUBMIT
flag to TRUE, but did not succeed.
Can Anybody me in doing this..

This newsgroup is about sendmail, not about Microsofts MAPI.
I don't know the right newsgroup, but microsoft.publib.internet.mail
might be a better place to ask which is the right newsgroup.
