Whenever I run go-pear, I get a series of errors.

I have already checked the php.ini file, so that's not the problem. I
also tried repairing the php installation. Neither ed the problem.

Looks like you got a whole lotta problems...

Since things got as far as this before REALLY blowing up:

1

The file you're attempting to included isn't where you think it is. Try
using a full path instead.
