Par défaut Win2K3 IIS 6 ApplicationPool DLL Loads Fail

Environment is SBS2003 SP2, Exchange 2003 SP2.
Migrated Web Sites from backup of blown server.

PHP was installed on the new server from downloaded source.

ApplicationPool crashes and goes offline owing to DLL load failures
involving PHP5ISAPI.DLL and PHP5TS.DLL (sure hope I've remembered
these names correctly).

We've looked at permissions and haven't noted anything odd but did
ensure that READ, READ & EXECUTE and LIST were present on these two
DLLs. Still no joy.

We've had to remove PHP from the server for the time being pending
some resolution of this issue.

All gratefully accepted...

AS

So you're on a Windows IIS server. First of all, why download and
compile the source? The binaries work quite well.

Did you set PHP up as an extension?

I just finished setting up a new W2.3K server yesterday with IIS, PHP,
MySQL, etc. Used the latest binaries for everything. Everything came
up and ran fine (once I took care of a couple of typos :-) ).
