Hi all,
what exactly is the concept of soft skills (as required by I.T companies). ...????? my experience has proved that it is nothing but "manipulative behavior towards others ", no more no less ,it is as simple as that. I have got enough experience to state that the people who are having soft skills(or said to possess soft skills by IT companies) are malicious,self-centered, and more crooked than people who are not having "soft skills" BTW what do you guys think of my opinion...????? |

This is not topical to this group. Please post to an appropriate forum. It might be marginally topical on <news:comp.programming> if you want to discuss the interaction of "soft skills" with programming. <snip> |

No, it's not topical in comp.programming, which is about programming, not "soft skills". It sounds like he wants an industrial sociology group. -- Richard Heathfield <http://www.cpax.org.uk> Email: -http://www. +rjh@ Google users: <http://www.cpax.org.uk/prg/writings/googly.php> "Usenet is a strange place" - dmr 29 July 1999 |

It's not easy to say where it would be topical, however. On a management group it would be considered a flame bait. -- Free games and programming goodies. http://www.personal.leeds.ac.uk/~bgy1mm |
