We have a server with multiple domain and vhost.
It's Name-based Virtual Hosts.

I got some domain without vhost, how can I redirect them to a page
saying something like "come back later, etc.."

If you've got a domain name but no web server associated with it, then it
is impossible to display any web page for that domain whatsoever. Period.

On the other hand, it may be that your domain registrar offers you a
single web page "for free", which you can configure to say "come back
later, etc..".

Why not just add the new name to the server's vhost list, and give
that vhost a page of its own that says "come back later"?
