Hi,
I have recently install Apache 2 on my system along with php4 and mysql. I feel stupid asking this, but I can't seem to remove the placeholder from my Document Root /var/www/. I deleted the index.html file, but it keeps coming up when I type in http://localhost. when I type locate index.html as a regular user it doesn't come up, yet when I type in sudo locate index.html it shows it as still there...am I missing something? |

Do you mean "/var/www/error/noindex.html"? -- If you insist on e-mailing me, use the reply-to address (it's real but temporary). But please reply to the group, like you're supposed to. This message was sent without a virus, please delete some files yourself. |
