Par défaut Centering Layers

I've created a photoshop psd that has about 15 layers. I can
highlight all the layers to move them as one, but how would I take
these 15 layers and vertically and horizontally center them onto the
layer below (layer 16)?

I've tried eyeballing and can't quite get it right, just wondering if
there is a way for photoshop to automatically get it dead on?

Thank you

one method would be to merge 1-15 and then highlight '15' and 16 and use
your centering components at the top.

Hi John,

First save your images in a safe place. Then drag the 15 layers to a new
document, and delete them from your original. Now hold down the shift key
and drag the 15 layers from the layer palette back on to the original
bottom layer. This will center the layers dead on, on the bottom, 16th
layer.

If you need to center the layers visually, group the 15 layers together,
set the opacity of the group to 50, zoom to 100 percent and use the move
tool with the arrow keys to line things up.

Yes. If the elements in all the layers are to be aligned, then select all
relevant layers in the Layers palette. Take Layers -> Align and select the
appropriate alignment, possibly Vertical Centers. There are lots of options
there. Check them out.
