Is there any way to have a small section at
the RHS of the screen to display F-stop, exposure etc for the image that is being worked on? |

In CS (Don't know about CS3) that information would be in the Metadata palette in the File Browser window. I do not know of any way of conveying that data to a text box on the image automatically, so I think you would have to type it in manually. R> |

No doubt you are using Adobe Bridge along with Photoshop CS3. This has the F-stop listed in the EXIF block in Bridge. You can always toogle back and forth between Photoshop and Bridge if you for got the F-stop you are working on. |

Sorry Peter. In CS3 with an image showing- File- File Info when File Info comes up pick Camera Data 1 It might be easier to toggle between Bridge? |

Hi Peter,
A work around might be to use Adobe Bridge to rename your files to append the metadata you require. For example if you wanted to append the aperture and exposure time the filename would be changed from DSC2340.NEF to DSC2340f_81_1000 s.NEF. There is a fair bit of flexibility in how the new name can be formatted if the above looks to confusing.
