I'm unsure to what you're asking...the command you're showing is not a
mysql command, if mysql is giving a syntax error it's refering to
the .sql file you're passing to it.
We need to see the contents of the .sql file before anyone can assist
in telling you what's wrong.

If you're refering to a syntax error within the command you're
argument's are incorrectly given; you should have a space between -h
and the host, same with -u and the username.

As I said, please show us the .sql file if its mysql which is giving
the syntax error.

A syntax error huh! Well you are getting a syntax error because there is an
error in the syntax.

Since you haven't bothered to show us the error or the code giving it, that
is as much as we can tell you!
