in the GPO under user configuration I have the following 3
+software settings +windows settings +administrative settings I looked under windows settings (ignoring the policies as stated in the file) and there was nothing there for folder redirection. the file states User Configuration --> Policies --> Windows Settings --> Folder Redirection --> Documents. Right clicking folder redirection in the admin template only gives me the option for "" which i've checked and it says exactly what you said .. albiet .. the file is really from VISTA as it has it plastered all over the place. I'm lost ![]() "AndreZ" <shmoes@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:utIhM0XpIHA.3860@TK2MSFTNGP02.phx.gbl... > ok, i'm trying to figure out how to make it so my default my documents > folder is not > > c:\users\%username% > > I want it to be f:\users\%username% > > I've looked in the GPO and have found a folder redirection options for AFTER > i redirect them, but I cannot find the way to actually redirect them > automatically. > > > TIA! > > Andre > > |
