I have sadly replaced my trusty HP 1220C with a HP Photosmart Pro
B8350 A3 Printer.

However, this will not print out of either CS3 or ACDSee Pro 2 under
XP Pro.

Because the damn thing will print a Windoze test page, HP have washed
their hands of it saying that the fault is with CS3 and ACDSee.

I see that the fault is not a new one;

and the HP920 option seems to be a non starter here

Has anyone else had this problem and solved it, please
