I haven't used flash in a long time, but am doing some work in it now... So
this might be a stupid question... But I can't see the stage boundaries at all! I remember the stage being a white box on a gray background (the pasteboard), but now all I get is a sea of white. Am I forgetting some view option somewhere? I'm using CS3 now, maybe something's changed... If I turn off "view pasteboard" I can see the stage perfectly, but can't use the pasteboard properly! Thanks-- |

turniptree,

You'll see the Stage zoom dropdown next to the controls for Workspace, Edit Scenes, and Edit Symbols. Try something like "Fit in Window" or "Show Frame". > I remember the stage being a white box on a gray background > (the pasteboard), but now all I get is a sea of white. That hasn't changed. It really just sounds like you're zoomed in.David Stiller Co-author, Foundation Flash CS3 for Designers http://tinyurl.com/2k29mj "Luck is the residue of good design." |
