I have a 10.356 inch x 10.2 inch (180 ppi) (with no border) picture. I want to reduce it the best way for a standard 8 1/2 x 11 (with a small white border to print my name real small) for printing and framing.
would appreciate some quick advise on the best way to do this (and create a small border) (ie increase canvas, then reduce image (resample or not?) etc). thanks in advance. Bob |

That is the most relevant factor when it comes to the quality vs. file size trade-off. -RFH |
