Hi,

I have CS3 Web Premium installed on my desktop and I am planning to do
a reformat/clean windows install due to some windows quirks going on.
I would like to know if there is a utility to do full back up of all
the settings, presets, etc from all CS3 products or if I need to do it
manually.
In case I need to do it manually, which folders are needed for the
backup?

You should find them in C:\Documents and Settings\"username"\Application
Data\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop
CS3\Adobe Photoshop CS3 Settings\Adobe PS CS3\
