Using FW 8 (Studio) and I cant crop an image. I select the crop tool, size to
desired, hit enter, it chops off the section I want to discard...but only from view. If I hit resize to fit image...the part I crop returns?? It was not always that way...now I have it happening on two different machines?? Anyone know whats wrong? gary |

Cant really post a link, it was a rectangle (more of a bar) that I made with a
gradient, I want to chop off the excess, but it wont. Went up to change to a bitmap, did not work... it used to work. Have tried cropping by itself, within another image, nothing seems to work. I could email it to you... |

First, make sure you click the bitmap to select it (you'll note blue handles on
the corners). Now draw your box with the marque (or skip this step and move on) and then select Edit > Crop Bitmap. Adjust the new marque with handles to how you see fit, and then press enter to complete the crop. |
