Okay, I just realized my Flex Style Explorer problem is bigger. I just
installed senocular's Patterns and Textures extension, which should also be
available under Window, and it is not installing either. Anyone have any
ideas? Yes, I did exit and restart.

Tony,

I just installed the extension to see if it would show up and it does.

Window > Patterns and Textures
It is listed right under Others.

WindowsXP SP2

Maybe it is because I am on Vista 64? At any rate, it does not show up
under "others". I only have 4 extensions there, I guess ones that were

In your Start menu, right-click on the Adobe Extension Manager CS3 and
explicitly Run as administrator or they won't install properly under Vista.

I had trouble installing the Kuler extension, but Rolinstone solved the
problem here:

That should fix it. It worked for me on a couple of extensions. I'm using CS3
on Vista Home Premium.
