Par défaut Rollover with hyperlink

We want to find a way to have a rollover and sneak up on the result.

You would think there would be a way to have a rollover, with the of a
hotkey or whatever, that you'd be able to execute and give you a chance to
click on a hyperlink that is shown on the result of that rollover. Now if I
was fast as a speeding bullet I could probably do it. You would think by now
Adobe would have a way to accomplish this. Basically I want to have a rollover
that would have a hyperlink appear, but I want to be able to click on that
hyperlink. But obviously when I take the mouse off of that rollover the
"result" disappears and I can't click on the link.

Any suggestions or would be appreciated.

Why? Adobe can only give you tools to make it easier to implement what is
possible in HTML. If you're making one element active, then that's the active
element. Once the mouse is off it, it's no longer the active element. Adobe
doesn't write the HTML specification, so they can't give you a way to
accomplish something that is outside of it.
