PVII Team: Many thanks. As you already seen, I just reduced the menu width and
it looks fine. But will note your comment for future efforts..:-)

But still would like to know if I can add a border inside a layer, as
explained above. Some of the pages look rather 'bare', without a border frame,
particularly the 'Services' page... Any suggestions? I had a frame jpg, but as
soon as I inserted it, the right scroll came up, which according to one post is
'annoying', as there is nothing of interested beyond the scroll..

Sure. Just assign a border. From the looks of your code you are using a very
old version of Dreamweaver. Perhaps upgrading would a bit as the CSS
implementation would be better and easier to manage.
