Dynamic Editing, PHP MySQL

Hello everyone.

What other tools would you suggest to use in combination with DW CS3, to edit
PHP and MySQL, and dynamic e-commerce websites and content management
systems...?

I find Zend Studio for Eclipse very good for editing PHP.

Depends on exactly what you are trying to accomplish. I use Toad for MySQL database creation with an Apache server. I have the WAMP install.
