Im a Microsoft Certified "MCSE"

Error 0x00000003 is normal becouse Network Service not have permission for running the service in default install location folder.

In IIS Management,
- Create a new Application Pool "Virtual Server" with Local System permission.
- On Virtual Server site assign This Application Pool

In Service
- Assign Local System permission to runnig "Virtual Server Service"
