Good day All!

Looking for some information or references as to the licensing requirements
for hosted VMs.

The company that I work for is looking to host customers VMs. This will
only occur as a temporary disaster recovery solution to host customer
database application. At most, a 3-5 day timeframe. Thus far, I gotten
mixed responses. And as a MS partner, I'd like to insure correct and proper
usage of products.

My questions are:
1: Can the current license for the customers physical server be used
temporary for the license of the VM?
2: Where does the liability regarding EULA fall - customer or the one
hosting the VM?
