Hi,
Im having a similiar problem.. - MS VS 2005 running on a HP DL380 G3, dual Intel Xeon Processor @ 2.40 Ghz, 4Gb RAM - Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Server 2003, Standard Edition, Service Pack 2 (Build 3790) I have 3 Virtual servers running, the last one installed looses connection to the network within aprox. 1 day interval. stops responding to network but a connect with console makes it come alive. No errors in logs in either VS host or virtual guest OS. Before i installed server nr 3 i had the same problems with server 2, the problems seem to affect only the last server installed. Please !! -- Regards, /Micke L "dcadmin" wrote: > Hello all, > I have encountered a weird issue with 1 of my VM machine. > > I have installed Virtual Server 2005 R2 SP1 x64 on a Dell PE 2800 server (2 > Quad CPU and 12GB Mem). > > I have setup 12 VM's with only 8 running each time. > > Periodically, 1 of the active machine will be non-responsive to the network. > I cannot ping, RDP or any thing to the VM. > > But I can connect to it using the console.
