Par défaut Can a VMWare Virtual Appliance be loaded up as a virtual machine on MS Virtual Server?

We are looking at a application vendor that only has a VMWare Virtual
Appliance that they offer to demo their product. I am interested to see if
you can load a VMWare Virtual Appliance on MS Virtual Server like a Virtual
Machine. Thanks for any feedback!

Not directly.

Here's a converter from vmdk to vhd:

There may be some problems booting it though.
