Up until about five days ago, I was webmaster for
georgetreetcoop.com . On October 24th, our ISP hostingdelivery.com apparently had some sort of problem with their DNS servers which caused georgetreetcoop.com to "disappear". I contacted them via their problem tickets page to ask about the problem. About 20 hours later they replied saying they'd fixed their problem and I only had to wait for the 'net at large to refresh their DNS caches. It's been days now and our site has yet to show up. hostingdelivery's DNS server shows data for us: === ; <<>> DiG 9.3.2 <<>> @ns1.hdserv01.com georgestreetcoop.com A ; (1 server found) ;; global options: printcmd ;; Got answer: ;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 137 ;; flags: qr aa rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 1, AUTHORITY: 2, ADDITIONAL: 2 ;; QUESTION SECTION: ;georgestreetcoop.com. IN A ;; ANSWER SECTION: georgestreetcoop.com. 86400 IN A 66.98.172.88 ;; AUTHORITY SECTION: georgestreetcoop.com. 86400 IN NS ns1.hdserv01.com. georgestreetcoop.com. 86400 IN NS ns2.hdserv01.com. === But that info apparently hasn't propagated: === ; <<>> DiG 9.3.2 <<>> georgestreetcoop.com A ;; global options: printcmd ;; Got answer: ;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NXDOMAIN, id: 2764 ;; flags: qr rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 0, AUTHORITY: 1, ADDITIONAL: 0 ;; QUESTION SECTION: ;georgestreetcoop.com. I get nothing. What can I do to fix this problem? I'm not at all tied to hostingdelivery.com, but my understanding is to even move my domain I would need hostingdelivery's cooperation -- which I can't get if they don't answer my emails. Thanks, John |

Contact your registrar, publicdomainregistry.com, and find out why your domain is suspended and what you need to do to get it fixed. -- Barry Margolin, barmar@alum.mit.edu Arlington, MA *** PLEASE post questions in newsgroups, not directly to me *** *** PLEASE don't copy me on replies, I'll read them in the group *** |
