The only problem is that they keep upgrading it and charging for the upgrades. The version I am using is a little dated. But it serves my purposes and that's all I need. So I registered it and just keep using the same older version. Regards, Fred |

Its useful because it has built in syntax highlighting, project management, debugging, etc. Plus, eclipse is beginning to support additional languages (its originally a java ide) - so it might be cool to be used to it... Additionally you can install Aptana plugin to do highlighting for CSS JS etc... with code auto completes, etc, project searching, regular expression searching and finding/replacing, external tool support (which run in the console of the IDE), its a lifesaver. check it out here: http://www.zend.com/pdt |
