I was just wondering if anybody has successfully set up or if it was
even possible to configure a reverse proxy in a sub or virtual directory while respecting the relative URI. Say http://localhost/proxy is a reverse proxy pointing to http://youtube.com. http://localhost/proxy/ properly fetches the index page, but not for example, the stylesheet. Can this be done with mod_rewrite? Or some other way? Anything better than writing a script proxy.php that uses like... curl to fetch the page, and then parses the content for links, and then manually rewrites the proper reference... thanks -- tg |
