Mask URL in TOMCAT 5.5

Hi,

is it possible to mask the URL in a TomCat 5.5?
Example:
The adress www.company.com/HD redirects to a TomCat server with on a
inside ip adress.
But I want the URL in the webbrowser to show www.company.com/HD.

Is this possible?

Use mod_proxy to 'proxy' the request from your apache to your
internal tomcat server.
