Hi,

If you do a search for "debenhams" on Google the the result at the top
has a list of sub-links below it with and extra link at the bottom for
"more results from ".

Can anyone tell me if this is a paid service with Google or if there is
some technique for developing a site so this happens automatically?

This has been asked and answered a dozen time in past few months. Google do
it themselves for reputable sites. You cannot ask for it or pay for it.

This is not a paid service.
It happens automatically.
I have these sub-links for one of my sites and for a certain keyword.
I do not know the requirements fot getting such sub-links.
