Hi NG,
I have an Server version: Apache/2.2.0 on SuSE9.2 running. When I do a "ps fax | grep htdocs2" I get 6230 ? Ss 0:00 httpd -f /u1/cust8/www/conf/htdocs2_paul.conf -D PHP5 6254 ? S 0:26 \_ httpd -f /u1/cust8/www/conf/htdocs2_paul.conf -D PHP5 7004 ? S 0:59 \_ httpd -f /u1/cust8/www/conf/htdocs2_paul.conf -D PHP5 7008 ? S 1:26 \_ /u1/c -f /u1/cust8/www/conf/htdocs2_paul.conf -D PHP5 7128 ? S 1:46 \_ httpd -f /u1/cust8/www/conf/htdocs2_paul.conf -D PHP5 7277 ? S 1:39 \_ httpd -f /u1/cust8/www/conf/htdocs2_paul.conf -D PHP5 7932 ? S 0:30 \_ httpd -f /u1/cust8/www/conf/htdocs2_paul.conf -D PHP5 7981 ? These are the first few letters of the path to the configuration file, but why is that child named this way? Thanks alot for your ! Dennis |

Presumably there are lots of other things stored under /u1/cust8, yes? Do you have e.g. CGI scripts under that tree that those might be running? |
