Blocking an user sending mail?!?!?

Hi all,

I use sendmail in my unix system and i have 2 users "root" and
"fazlin". Is there any way that i can block "root" from receiving mails
from user "fazlin". If yes how??

+ root shouldn't receive mails at all. (in sense of "maildrop")
+ root can filter its mails, e.g. using procmail
+ a sendmail milter can do so as well, e.g. www.mimedefang.org

You may also see if some Local_ rulesets wouldn't make the grade :
