Problem is that exchange 2003 does not send initial smtp greeting
'220 I am stupid windows smtp server' message. It requires enter <cr>
first feeded to server before it replies.

Problem might be also caused by zywall 5? but, I need to deliver mails
from postfix to that exchanger, how I can do deliver mails to this
commercial crap? (without using smarthost)

I need that postfix first feeds<cr> after smtp connection is initialized
to that mailhost before it replies correctly. This only happends in one
domain.

Windows Server is not on my responsibility.

Hmmm. I've had no problem. Exchange actually complies reasonably well
the SMTP. In my case I've specified the exchange server as a transport
relay and it works o.k. Maybe something else is screwed up? (Sorry
can't give you a quick fix - maybe someone else?)
