Hi,

I have my own domain/hosting with imap email and I am trying to find an
easier way to access this mail than via cpanel's own built-in webmail
options on my server (Horde, Squirrel and Neo). I access my imap mail at
home through Outlook which is fine, but I want to be able to access this
email from work or any other PC via the web. When forced to use one of the
cpanel-provided webmailers I choose Horde, but even that is slow and clumsy.

Does anyone know of another service through which I can hook up to my imap
mail? Even a webmail provider that offers synching to external imap
accounts?

Take a look at www.mail2web.com - sounds like it might be able to you.

Mail2Web allows you to login to IMAP/POP3 accounts using a secure
server, and also an SSL connection to your server if desired, ing
keep passwords secure. You should be able to access all of your IMAP
folders, and you can even send messages too!

Thanks for this tip - I used to use mail2web and mail2wap in the past to
check on pop3 accounts - I had no idea it was so improved and handled IMAP
so well - thanks!

Round Cube is something I found recently that does everything out of
the box that I wanted it to. It's constantly being improved with
extended features and well worth a look-see.
