Does someone know how to back up the mailboxes subscribe information of
cyrus imapd server. And where the information stored in the server.

I find it.
For the default domain, it stores in /var/imap/user while the virtual
domains, it stores in /var/imap/domain/%first letter of the
domain%/user/

Because during the migration, the default domain become a virtual
domain, and all the username.sub files are old.

change user.username to domainname!user.username, everything is okay.
