Par défaut reverse DNS on partial class C???

I have a partial class C.
12.30.182.0 - 12.30.182.15 (subnet is 255.255.255.240) I believe this makes
it a /28 network.

I need to set up my reverse DNS zone on a Windows 2003 server. I believe I
am having trouble with what the zone name should be. I contacted my ISP to
confirm that all delegation is going to my nameservers.

So, what should my zone name be?

attached is what ATT sent me for a partial class C, but it's not so much...
up my alley.

I have posted a screen shot of what's going on at
http://forums.dnsstuff.com/tool/post...post?id=957111

This should be the name of the zoneverified)
0/28.182.30.12.in-addr.arpa.

When you create a reverse zone for this name use the zone name option in the
new reverse lookup zone wizard.
Not many people know this, but you can use the new forward lookup zone
wizard using the zone name 0/28.182.30.12.in-addr.arpa. and the wizard will
correctly set it up as a reverse zone.

still says there is no PTR record. I have attached a screenshot of the
setup. Does it look correct?
