Hi all,

I have got primary DNS server which is also our Primary DC running W2K
and a Backup DC running W2K3 also functioning as DNS server. When i
turn the DNS service on i get error with event id 4016 saying

"The DNS server timed out attempting an Active Directory
service operation on--
.. Check Active Directory to see that it is functioning
properly. The event data contains the error.
"

Also Backup DC is AD integrated.


Any would be appreciated
