Okay.. this may sound like a simple question but i have not done this in the
past and my current attempts are not working. I would like to use my internal DNS so that when www.oursite.net rather than going to the internet it gets redirected to our internal server (IP). How do I go about doing this? I know this can be done through ISA but DNS should be an easier way to do this. |

Hi
There are several ways of doing this: For example You can create the oursite.net forward lookup zone, then create a NewHost (A) record with pointing to the ip of the Webserver (you can name it www.oursite.net). -- I hope that the information above s you Good Luck Jorge Silva MCSA Systems Administrator "Rod" <Rod@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:F131F878-B485-49AE-B491-11C368796D56@microsoft.com... > Okay.. this may sound like a simple question but i have not done this in > the > past and my current attempts are not working. > > I would like to use my internal DNS so that when www.oursite.net rather > than > going to the internet it gets redirected to our internal server (IP).
