Hi.
I have a DC with a zone integrated in AD and it replicates correctly with another DC. In the other sites i have several DCs with a secondary zone. When i change the zone, the secondary zones doesn't update. The solution is delete the secondary zone and then recreate. In the tab "notify" of the integrated zone there are ip address of all other DNS server, and in the event viewer there aren't error. Any idea? First, do you have an NS record created for each DNS server? You must also
have the allow Zone Transfers to the servers, the best way is to limit it to the other Name Servers. Active Directory integrated zones transfer along with the Active Directory data. What is most likely happening is it is waiting for the Site Replication to occur. You can transfer the database upon creation, so it shouldn't be a Name Server record or a Zone transfer option. Check in Active Directory Sites and Services and see when replication is set to occur.
