We have a WinNT 4.0 domain with one PDC (server A) and one BDC (server B). We
want to introduce a new WinNT server into the domain as a BDC (server C) and
then promote it to a PDC which will demote the current PDC (server A) to a
BDC. The question is will users be able to logon to the network during this
process? The original BDC (server B) will still be running durning this time.

Theoretically yes they should but you may want to do this after hours
if possible.
