I installed Apache on Win XP S2.;
When I'm connecting (apache is running as service) to localhost:8080, no issue's I can see my testpage. Though by entering my domain, it can't find the testpage (2 day's ago I changed the DNS, it's direct now to my IP-adres). - I have config the router with NAT (to 8080 & correct PC) - I tested with both enabled/disabled Symantec NIS '05, no luck. Any suggestions..? |

Is it just unreacheable on the public WAN address from a browser inside your LAN? Or also from outside? Your problem looks a lot like that of many others in the past year. Solutions can still be found in Google Groups. Search this group on "NAT loopback" and "proxy", or even on my From: address. -- ( Kees ) c[_] /(bb|[^b]{2})/ (William Shakespeare) (#264) |

In some routers you have to enable NAT loopback, if not you have to enter the local ip 10.0.0.2 or something.... |
