Hello, I am still a nooby to web server admin. I have just recently
been getting these access log entries and am not sure what they are.
Is another web site redirecting through mine? Any insight would be
greatful. I am running apache 2.046 on an SGI O2 running Irix 6.5.22.

They are trying to use you as a proxy, but failing (note the 404 error
response). Probably it's not another website, but some individual(s)
trying to use you as a proxy to hide their tracks.
