Apart from the W, it looks very much like "Gotham", a font I was reading
about a couple of days ago because it was chosen by a certain Mr Obama for
his campaign materials.

Try a bold small-caps version of Kabel seems close, but not quite
identical. Note the bottom end of loop of the "P" in your sample curls
slightly upwards where it joins the down stroke -- this is fairly unusual
in a geometric font. Kabel doesn't have that. Plus there is a striking
difference in the "N".

FF Nexus Sans is probably the closest I could find.

I resized your image and ran it through WhatTheFont, and it looks like
"FF Scala Sans-Caps" is your answer (it was the only one of the five
possible results that had the overlapping "V"s in the "W").
