Par défaut Need advice of how to promote affiliate program. (Not spam)

Hi, all:

I am in charge of running the affiliate program of our company.

We provide very high commission, however now I still only have less
than 100 affiliates during last 4 months. I don't know any good source
to post our affiliate info. Could you ?

Does anyone have the sucess experience of running affiliate program?

Many thanks

Eric

You ruined your "company's" rep by spamming usenet. I hope they fire you.
Plus selling worthless traffic is so 90's. Why buy junk traffic when you can
get quality traffic from the Google Adsense?

You'd be better off by joining an established affiliate network such
as Commission Junction, than trying to run your own.

Commission Junction is the largest affiliate network in North America,
powering almost 50% of the top 500 web retailers affiliate marketing
programs and operates worldwide.

You didn't spam. Your original post was entirely relevant and
sensible. It wasn't even an advert, that I could perceive.

You are very welcome.
Keep us posted on your progress and let us know how you go, either
posting here in this PUBLIC Group or through our website.

> I never mean to spam. sorry for that.

You didn't spam.
Don't pay attention to Jerry Stuckle, alias Viper.
He is a well-known scammer that is always on the look out for new
victims and who thinks this Group is his to rule who can or can not
post.
Since he realizes he can't make any money out of you, he regards your
honest approach as an obstacle and he's trying to drive you out by
insulting you and reporting you to Google and your ISP, as he has done
with so many.
You should report him back for libel, insults and defamatory comments,
because if you don't, Google assumes that you are guilty and marks you
as a spammer, i.e. your e-mails end up in the SPAM folder.

Here is the link to report him:

They sound pretty much the same to me.
Same bigotry, same derogatory wanker-like comments against women, they
both think they own Usenet and can impose their rules upon the rest,
same arrogance, etc...

Furthermore, if Viper is so concerned about the integrity of this
Group, how come he remains silent when Jerry the Scammer tries to
cheat on people, as he has recently done when he offered the services
of his inexistent Corporation for the sum of $US 6.000?

Simply reading their message headers would tell you they are different
people.

This is easy in a real newsreader; with Google Gropes, you have to click
on that "Show Original" link.

I have NEVER heard Jerry spew the ignorant bullshit that Viper likes to spew.

That would take intelligence - something he's completely incapable of,
as he's shown so many times in this newsgroup and others.

But that's fine. One of these days he's going to cross the wrong guy
and get his due. And I doubt it will be through the courts. There
people on usenet with some very interesting connections and even fewer
scruples than he has (if that's possible).

Of course, now he'll accuse me of threatening him, but I'm not. Just
making an observation about his actions and possible repercussions.

That doesn't mean a thing.

Dear Sirs,

The holder of the account jstucklex@attglobal.net whose name is Jerry
Stuckle, uses the e-mail account you provided him with to spread
racist and sexist content and material that could result in a violent
physical act trough the Usenet.
He constantly insults and physically threatens people who disagree
with him in a most violent and despicable manner.
He also uses this account to advertise himself as the President of a
non-existent corporation and to try to fool unaware posters into
paying him for services for which he is neither registered nor
qualified.

You can read some of his posts here:
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.w...9e26baaa?hl=en
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.w...15ac514e?hl=en
There are many more through the Usenet archive. If you need me to
point them out, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I take for granted that ATT is a respectable company and I am
convinced that once you have been presented with the facts, you will
take the required actions.

Thank you for your attention.

No chance, old scumbag chimpanzee scammer,
This Group is not yours and the way it's going you'll probably will
get banned from posting here.
And it will be a good thing because your contributions are anything
but valuable.
