Sometimes they encounter "programmers" who shouldn't program:

So it's certainly good to look over form spam. And even better to report
it.

He isn't spamming me, just getting ready to spam others. It's just kinda nice
knowing all of his links for about the last 18 months will get him nothing.

Sadly, thousands and thousands of other websites have no problem at all
adding spam to their sites, including sites like linux.com [1] :-(

(they have fixed the JS issue, but there is still quite some spam
