1. It is stuck in the center of my browser window. Let it float.

2. You use pixel-sized fonts, which cannot be resized by IE users. For a
site about the eyes where you expect visitors with poor vision, this
should be especially important.

The flash animation doesn't show anything that couldn't have been
done just as well (and much faster), with HTML and CSS. I wouldn't
wait around to see what else it had to say.

The page leaves wide empty margins in my browser window.

On my laptop, where I typically use a smaller window size, I have a
large margin on the left and the right side is cut off.

And I agree with the other comments on flash. Dump it.
