Par défaut A question of linking - Page or root

I have a few sites set up as "stand alone" sites but can't get it
straight in my head how is the best way to link.

Currently I have a links from the top of each page to the main home
page, so lots of very low weighted inbound links however I am wondering
if I would be better off with a single link from the index page of each
seperate site instead.

in effect, significantly less inbound links from external sites, but
more top level "home page" -> home page links. If that makes any sense.

Cheers

I'd say the one link from the one main page the way it looks at the moment.

Well I guess giving it a go is going to be the best way to find out.
:¬)

The main site has pretty well established. So changing things around can
easily be un-done should I notice position dwindling.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Thanks Jez.
